Roller Tracks, with Cylindrical Plastic Rollers
Material: Rollers: Plastic PP, grey or yellow. Rail Profile: Steel, zinc-plated. Axles: Steel, zinc-plated.
Roller tracks for use in flow racks or in intralogistics. The rollers are impact-resistant, break-proof and acid- and alkali-resistant. For safe and efficient handling of transport boxes and cartons.
Special lengths up to 2 metres, other accessories and plastic colours available on request.
Temperature range: -30ºC to +100ºC.
Note: Recommended angle of inclination 3.5% (depending on the material being transported). Static Friction Coefficient: 0.09 µ. Dynamic Friction Coefficient: 0.05 µ.
* Only with pitch T = 49.5 mm and T = 66 mm.
** If the 1-metre-long roller tracks are supported in the middle, the maximum loading capacity of the rail is 330 kg.
